Shipping costs and available shipping methods & times are automatically calculated during the checkout (order) process and vary based on the destination country and order contents.

We will ship using one of the methods below based on the item(s) ordered and your location.

For Canadian destinations, we ship from Vancouver, BC:

• Expedited Parcel: 2 to 9 days.
• Xpresspost: up to 2 business days

For USA, we ship with:

• 1st Class Mail: 3-5 business days
• Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US and Canada are solely responsible for all import tax, duty and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling for your order. These charges are normally collected by the delivering company when you receive the parcel – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Tax and duty vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Tax, duty and brokerage are non-refundable. If you refuse a delivery for any reason, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded.
